The changes described here apply to U.S. account holders. PayPal users from other countries should check their email for PayPal notification or visit the website PayPal user agreement for their country. The updates to the guidelines are very much summarized on this page of the website PayPal. The following two changes come out with a fee: PayPal sent a notice to users to inform them of upcoming changes in the PayPal use agreement. Most of these changes will come into effect on July 31, 2020, unless otherwise stated. Thank you for your response.

In our case, I do not think it works because we have to send our product to the customer and they do not often decide to return the item after 15-30 days. www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full?utm_source=epsilon&utm_campaign=A_EM_201908_US_19815_Q3_Legal_Updates_0518_Merch_LR_US&utm_medium=email I just received this e-mail from PayPal saying that there would be changes to the agreement for users in Canada. When I clicked on the link, I noticed one of the changes that, when the time comes, no longer return the initial processing fee when a customer has received a return/refund. In the rare event that a customer returns our product, I will reimburse them 100% of the costs, but now PayPal no longer reimburse me the initial processing fee. This does not suit us well when we see that we have very few returns, why are we penalized! Do you think these changes are fair????? We must now express our opinion and make PayPal!!!! known Given the following statistics, available online, your complaints with PayPal are certainly not shared by all. We are amending our legal agreements that apply to you. No action is required on your part, but if you want to know more, you can find details about these changes, when they apply and what you can do if you want to refuse changes to our Guidelines page.
